Two Factor Authentication
The FlexPay Merchant Portal requires all users to enable two-factor authentication to provide an additional layer of security for your FlexPay merchant account.
We will ask you to set this up when you log into the FlexPay Merchant Portal for the first time. You will receive a one time passcode via SMS to complete this authentication.
If for any reason you do not receive the SMS , you can request a new one-time passcode. If you have any further issues during this authentication then please reach out to the support team for assistance.
Account Protection
We use two-step authentication to protect your account. If compromised, your orders, customer details and transaction information could be at risk.
