Support PIN
In the event that you need to contact our support helpdesk, we'll want to ensure the appropriate security and authentication measures are in place to protect the security of your merchant account and data.
If required we’ll ask you for a Support PIN to authenticate you as having access to the account. You will find a support PIN located in your profile once authenticated and logged in to the Merchant Portal. This PIN is unique to both you and your merchant account and is time limited.

Our helpdesk team have access to the same PIN in order to authenticate you as a user of the merchant account. You just need to check and quote this PIN when prompted.
The PIN only lasts the duration of your session in the Portal, after which it will expire. In the event this occurs, simply log back in and a brand new unique PIN will be made available for you to share with our team.
