Delete User

Deleting users who are no longer required to access your account can also be done from the User Management view in the Merchant Portal. To delete a user, you first need to find and select that user from the searchable list, to load their user profile.

Once in their user profile, you can select the ‘Delete’ button in the top right of the screen to delete that user from your account. You will be asked to confirm your decision, after which the user will no longer have access to your Merchant Account in the FlexPay Merchant Portal.
